Welcome to my section of the Ironcouple website. We will be updating the website regularly over the 2011 season so please do keep coming back to see what we are up to.

This year I am not racing as I am having a baby!  The baby is due early August!  After this I plan to build into training and start racing again when I am fit and ready.
